Coffee of the week #25-15

Last shipment of the year has arrived in time for Christmas! We wanted to give you som of the best we have to offer and ended up with a natural coffee roasted by Damatteo in Gothenburg. Our taste buds are all different, but together with the coffee from Supreme Roastworks, Damatteo brings us the most positive feedback and seems to be a favorite amongst our subscribers. 

Kochere is a co-operative in Gedeo, Yirgacheffe. The berries are growing at high altitude around 2000masl and sometimes even higher, which is a feature of this region and gives a lot of arome thanks to the long time until ripe. The beans are a blend of local heirloom like much of the coffee from Yirgacheffe. We sent you coffee from this co-op earlier this year, but this time we send you the natural procesed ones. It has a fruity and spicy taste, perfect for the Holiday season!
