Coffe of the week - #13-16

We have visited Sweden and brought back some goodies for you. Unfortunately for us, the cafe was closed due to renovation. Luckily the roaster was fired up and we got our coffee. Also, Stockholm have a lot of other cafes to choose from.

First out this week is the Kenyan Kamwangi AA from the Kirinyaga region. This is coffee is a familiar factory for to Drop, having worked with these small holders for the past three years. Kamwangi is one of two factories run by “New Ngariama Cooperative Society” in Kirinyaga in Central Kenya. Kirinyaga is located on the slopes of Mount Kenya and is world renowned for its amazing coffees and amazing coffee profiles of delicious acidity, and clean cups. Kamwangi was established in 1997 and grows the varietals SL28, SL34 with small amounts of K7 and Ruiru 11, a very typical assortment of varietals for high quality Kenya coffee.
