Coffee of the week #01-16

We kick off 2016 with our favorite roaster, Supreme Roastworks! In 2015, Supreme and DaMatteo probably got the most positive feedback amongst our partnering roasteries. And we are always keen to try out the natural coffees roasted in their Oslo cafe. 

This week we shipped you natural processed coffee from the Konga area in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Like most natural coffees from the area, you can expect a fruity and blueberry like tasting coffee with low acidity.
