Coffee of the week #03-17

February 12, 2017

Long time no see DaMatteo!

It has been a while since we got some black gold from the West Coast of Sweden. We were eager get hold of some natural processed Ethiopian coffee, the Burtukaana. We sent you beans from the same area back in December, roasted by Supreme. Interestingly this is not as fruity, but has a somewhat cleaner mouthfeel. The coffee is grown above 2100masl which brings a lot of flavour to the coffee. So far 2017 seems to be the best year we´ve served you.

Burtukaana - Ethiopia

Region: Guji

Variety: Local Heirloom

Process: Natural

Roast date: 23.01.2017

Second coffee is the Yurani Manjarez, a washed catarrh from the Hula region. Despite the fact that this region is famous within the specialty coffee world it is still undiscovered. Much due to the challenging climate in terms of changing weather conditions. Enjoy a delicious and clean cup.

Do it like Andreas, he made sure his colleagues now can enjoy fresh roasted quality coffee every single day in the office. It is a mystery that coffee is one of the things many business prefer to save money. Often a fully automatic coffee machine is expensive, why not swap for a cheap grinder and a coffee brewer?
