Coffee of the week - #15-17

Another new partner onboard! And little did we know that Lippe delivered such fine quality coffee. They have been around for a decade, located at Holmlia in a fairly large facility. They do also have a sleek cafe connected to the building, perfect for you cyclists out there.

Just in was a honey processed coffee from Guatemala and the farm El Mirador. This farm is located in the renowned Huehuetenango area, and the beans are bourbon and caturra, harvested in March 2017. We found this to work particularly well on both V60 and for espresso.

Second coffee of the week is a fantastic coffee from Kenya and the Neri district. This might have been one of the best experiences so far this year. When cupping this coffee it totally blew my mind, like nothing else on the table. With the aeropress you get a super clean coffee with hints of blackberries. For the espresso lovers we shipped the similar coffee, however with a slightly longer roast time.
