Coffee of the week - #16-17

Kiri Peaberry roasted by Nord Brenneri!

This week we got coffee from Nord Brenneri and we picked it up with our new electric load bike! We want to prove that transport doesn't have to be done by car. At least for the nearby Oslo roasters and office deliveries we will do with this bike. For roasters delivering from abroad we will still use couriers.

Peaberry is the small berries, and there is only one bean within each coffee berry. It grows furthermost out on the branch at gets a lot of sun and tremendous taste. Joakim from Nord was actually down there himself to cup the coffees. A good example of direct trade and passion!

Second coffee this week is Mugo from the Kiambu region. It is one of four microdots Nord brought home with them from the trip to Kenya. Another floral smooth coffee with somewhat more acidity than the Peaberry.
